Showcasing Bird & Barrow's free range chicken range, we completed sales events in supermarkets across New Zealand.

Orbit partnered with Bird & Barrow to bring their free range chicken kebabs, tenders, and schnitzels to shoppers in New World and Pak'n'Save stores nationwide.

Our Brand Ambassadors engaged BBQ-loving shoppers with hot tastings that highlighted the juicy texture, bold flavours ranging from Coconut & Lemongrass to Manuka Honey & Soy, and the brand's free-to-roam farming story.

Nearly half of the events sold out of at least one variant, with strong conversion from sample to purchase and consistent positive feedback praising the quality, flavour, and convenience for busy families. The campaign effectively built awareness, drove trial, and positioned Bird & Barrow as a standout choice in the crowded butchery aisle.

The results?

Conversion rate approach to sample: 75%

Conversion rate sample to sale: 82%

Average units sold per shift: 97

Top five highest selling shifts: Between 156 and 244 units
